Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
